1. Nature of Our Products
All products sold on TohfaExpress are digital downloads. No physical products are shipped. Once payment is confirmed, digital files or download links are provided electronically.
2. No Returns for Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, returns are generally not accepted once a product has been downloaded or accessed.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered in the following situations:
- You purchased the wrong product and have not downloaded or accessed it.
- The downloaded file is corrupted, incomplete, or not working as described.
- You accidentally made a duplicate payment for the same order.
- You paid successfully but did not receive access to the purchased product.
Please contact us within 3 days of purchase with your order details so we can review the issue.
4. How to Request a Refund

5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:

- You do not have the required software to use the files.
- You have already downloaded or accessed the product and there is no qualifying issue.
- You did not review the product description, features, or compatibility requirements before purchasing.
These conditions are subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
6. File Access After Refund
If a refund is approved, your license to use the refunded product may be revoked where applicable. You must stop using the product and delete copies where required by the applicable license terms.
